Chris brings a wealth of expertise, with over 7 years of professional experience and a solid foundation as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT). He earned his Master’s degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, where he developed a strong passion for advancing transportation solutions.
