HOWARD CHYNSKY

Howard Chynsky brings 33 years of leadership experience in transportation and infrastructure to SIMCO. Most recently, he served as Vice President at a major engineering and construction management firm. He has scaled business development ventures up to the national arena, negotiated teaming arrangements, and represented the firm in public-sector and industry organizations. Howard’s multi-faceted career also includes senior level positions with MTA NYC Transit and LIRR. Howard holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and an MPA from NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service.
